Candice has been teaching yoga full time for 4 years both abroad and in the U.S., and practicing for over 15. She completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training program at Yoga London in 2010. She continued her yoga education by studying therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, meditation facilitation, and Jivamukti yoga teacher intensives. Having worked in desk laden jobs and academia for several years alongside teaching yoga, Candice knows all too well the stressful situations a desk-bound lifestyle can present – and the rejuvenating benefits that yoga can provide.

After living in Granada, Spain for four years, Candice moved to London, UK in 2010 to pursue a MS in Psychology and an MA in Art History, where she also had the opportunity to train and study with renowned teachers Duncan Wong, Elena Voyce, Zephyr Wildman, Claire Missingham, Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Cameron Shayne and James D'Silva. In her classes, Candice aims to challenge her students, while still keeping the practice approachable, down-to-earth, and fun.

Candice has experience teaching group classes, beginners courses, in-depth workshops, and has recently assisted on two teacher trainings, although her true passion are private one on one classes where she can really hone and tailor her classes to her student’s needs.

Candice provides expert evaluation of diet and lifestyle and makes recommendations for food selections, targeted nutrients, and lifestyle choices that will enable her clients to improve their health and slow or reverse the progression of chronic illness.

Candice relocated to San Francisco, CA in February 2012 where she continues to teach yoga and work in architecture and interior design.
